Newsletter signup

We store your email address, optional first name, selected interests, consent text and consent timestamp in our WordPress subscriber records. Subscribe only if you want Major League Padel marketing emails. Subscription status is retained so an opt-out can be honored. Campaign sending requires a configured email service; subscribing does not guarantee a delivery schedule.

You can use the unsubscribe link in an email or request a secure unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to ask us to stop marketing emails.

Contact, directory submissions and claims

We store the details you submit so site administrators can respond, verify a facility or review a correction or ownership claim. Your personal contact name, email, notes and claim evidence are kept in private moderation records. Approved facility information, such as its business address, public phone and website, may appear in the directory. Do not submit identity documents, passwords or payment information.

Location and maps

If you choose the location button, your browser requests permission. Distance calculations use your coordinates on your device; the portal does not send those coordinates to our server or save them in a subscriber or directory record. Club coordinates are approximate address geocodes. Opening a map loads a Google embed and contacts Google, whose privacy policy applies.

Technical data and access

The site uses WordPress login cookies for account and administration sessions. Public forms use a short-lived hash of the request IP address for rate limiting. The theme loads fonts and interface assets from external providers, which receive the normal request information. Hosting and email infrastructure may also process technical request or delivery logs. Site administrators manage the stored form records.

Requests about your information

Use our contact form to request access, a correction or removal of submitted personal information. Include the relevant email address and the type of submission; verification of the request may be needed. We retain an opt-out record where necessary to avoid adding an unsubscribed address back to marketing.

Club owner accounts and profiles

When you request a club account, we use your email for a time-limited confirmation link and transactional profile updates. Your account email, contact name and ownership evidence are kept private and are available to site administrators. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Your club description, business contact details, facilities and uploaded images are intended for public display after editorial approval. Image files can be publicly accessible as soon as uploaded, including draft images; do not upload confidential documents or private photographs. We keep drafts, review decisions and account verification records so owners and editors can manage listings. Contact Major League Padel to request account closure or removal of your club information.
