Player profile & competitive context
Toronto’s Francisco “Xisco” Manuel Gil appears in the reviewed Playa del Carmen men’s matches alongside Pablo Lijo. Their two group appearances split one win and one loss; the later scoreboard records a 6–3, 4–6, 6–10 defeat from Toronto’s perspective. That ten-point third score is a deciding match tiebreak, not a third regular set. His appearances are distinct from the Ruiz–Huete pairing that earned the franchise’s earlier podiums.
The matched federation profile uses Francisco Manuel Gil and identifies Córdoba as his birthplace. Both official profiles list the right side. FIP’s 2026 Premier Padel figures reconcile at 29 matches, 14 wins and 15 losses, with a Rotterdam P2 round-of-16 entry among the recent tournament records. The October 5 ranking places him at No. 61. A single canonical profile retains the league’s nickname and the federation’s shorter name so his statistics do not split across duplicate identities.
